The Telemedicine Workshop was worth getting up extra early. The interactions with attendees helped with understanding and practical application of the information. I only wish the infographics in the presentation could have been included in the attendee materials.

Sr. Medical Oncology Compliance Educator

The Telehealth Auditing Workshop was very informative and helpful in understanding Telehealth. It helped make Telehealth less confusing and highlighted the importance of documentation, understanding payer policies (including federal, state, and commercial), and staying compliant, especially with ongoing and future changes. Even though some of the documentation requirements are the same for Telehealth and E/M visits, there are differences. This workshop helped review and determine what is needed for these types of visits and what to look for from an auditor and compliance perspective.
