Physician Educator

I thoroughly enjoyed attending the Physician Educator Bootcamp. Although I’ve been working as an educator for many years, I hadn’t received formal training in instructional design tools like PowerPoint and have been mostly self-taught. This bootcamp was not only informative but also incredibly affirming—it reinforced much of what I’ve learned through experience while introducing new techniques to strengthen my approach to educational content and physician engagement. Betty was an outstanding instructor who brought energy, clarity, and relevance to every session, making the experience both enjoyable and impactful. I would highly recommend this bootcamp to both emerging and seasoned physician educators looking to enhance their skills, gain confidence, and grow as effective, engaging facilitators.

This boot camp is phenomenal!! It is comprehensive and covers all aspects that a physician educator should master. The class is relaxed and allows time for attendees to learn from each other's experiences and share ideas. I recommend it 100%.

This class is absolutely amazing! Highly recommend. I took the class to hear Shannon teach and she did not disappoint. Lots of great information! If you are thinking about becoming a physician educator or you are one, this class will help you break down the concepts necessary to educate our clinicians on EM and audit findings.

Auditor and Educator

I found the ppt presentation to be a little inconsistent, as in there were multiple slides that had duplicate words, I think on an educator bootcamp like this materials should be of the highest quality to lead by example of what is needed. the instructor skipped many of the scenarios in the workbook, the last day felt a little rushed as we had time to go over scenarios, and the quiz and neither were touched on. I would have appreciated live examples on how to create a presentation on a guideline. Overall it was a good session, but felt it could have been better.

I learned some great tips from Allison during the training. My workbook did not have numbered pages, and I am not sure it is the most current workbook so it was hard to follow the discussion.

Auditor-Educator

The instructor Allison was wonderful. She made the bootcamp fun and interactive. I have been an Auditor-Educator for over 5 years this bootcamp was a great refresher. Anyone that is an entry level educator or wants to become an educator would benefit greatly from the bootcamp.
