This is a great tool for the new 2021 EM CPT codes. I love the layout of the audit tool and the information it gives on each section of the MDM table. This will be very valuable tool for me during the upcoming education of our providers.

The durability of lamination is great. At first, I didn't like that it was a trifold; however, it's very flexible, and easily folds to a single page, no matter which page you need. It's great to have the 'examples' that support each item as reminders. The terminology on the final page also clarifies the meaning of certain terms for better understanding.
