LET'S AUDIT!

Our workshops are designed for hands-on interaction as opposed to instructional style delivery.

This workshop has been planned to meet the training needs of the accomplished auditor as well as the newer auditor on your team.
We will begin the morning with a one hour interactive conversation on the variation of audits and how they impact sample selection.

After that, the focus shifts to auditing and communication of our findings.
Each attendee is provided 10 encounters. During class these are audited and together appropriate claim line level comments are entered on the spreadsheet for proper provider feedback.
The attendees then form groups to write sections of the formal report of findings and deliver these to their peers. This provides an opportunity to articulate findings for critique and feedback in an environment that strives to strengthen and cultivate auditor skills and strengths.

Virtual Training were JUST added. PLEASE BE ADVISED- PARTICIPATION IS EXPECTED.

Private Training sessions can be customized to include your organizations sample encounters and your template audit reports, and our hands-on auditing will incorporate your internal policies all while sitting at your venue.

This workshop includes 8 CEUs. While the CEUs are good for CPC and CPMA they can also be split, per AAPC approval, between all specialties except CASCC, CIRCC and CPMS for continuing education units.

Class is held from 8:30 - 5:30

Come be a part of this interactive training event!

Coder Auditor - Professional
I had the distinct pleasure of attending the AAS in Knoxville! Shannon did a superb job educating and leading this seminar! I am an experienced auditor and I always learn something new and enjoy the conversations and networking with other Auditors. Shannon was ready with the latest and greatest developments in 2021 Guidelines and I'm excited to take the knowledge back to my providers!!

The class was very informative. Shannon is a great speaker and presenter. I learned somethings I didn't know about and even discovered some new mays to look at matters. The class helped me in putting all the pieces of the puzzle together to make a great presentation after I audit providers charts. I'm looking forward to applying what I learned and took away from the class.
