Great information by a presenter who clearly knows the material! The only suggestion I would make is to not use the speaker if it can be helped. I could hear it but it was a bit muffled.

I found this webinar to be very helpful! Even though we are a specialty practice that use the 1997 Guidelines, to get into depth between the guidelines was great. And to just hear from an experienced auditor the reasoning behind an audit is always good. Well worth the money spent - thanks!
