Director of Auditing
Grant has always been on of my favorite speakers. He explained ERRATA better than anyone I have heard try to explain it and I wish more presenters would bring in the medically necessity piece. Providers hear based on time and run with it. It still has to be medically necessary. Providers think it is ok to spend 2 hours on a completely stable patient. I think a webinar would be most beneficial for the subspecialties who really do spend 2 hours on a patient, but again, it is necessary? If you or any of the other Namas speakers could address a provider spending 90 to 120 patients, what would you expect to see in the note??
