Great summary of the 2020 CPT updates. I did see one item that is confusing from how I understand regarding the HBAI services. I attended the AMA Symposium and within my notes I have that the MD/NP/PA providers would bill E/M codes and not bill the HBAI codes. the HBAI codes are intended for providers who cannot bill the E/M services (e.g., PsyD/PhD or LCSW).
