During this training, attendees will be provided with guidance on how ICD-10 should be evaluated in the audit review process. Including ICD-10 in your audit even now will not only help your practice have a more successful ICD-10 implementation, but it will also ensure documentation compliance come October 1, 2015.

Who should attend:

  • Auditors who will be auditing the medical record
  • Compliance professionals to know how to address auditing policies to include ICD-10
  • Practice Managers to further their knowledge of the affect of ICD-10 on the providers and staff
  • Providers to know what auditors will be evaluating in the medical record for review purposes.

For those who cannot attend the live webinar, OnDemand options are available by either instant download or via Flash Drive for full office utilization.

Includes Video and Companion PDF Handout, along with CEU certificate

Post test must be completed and either emailed or faxed to receive CEU credit (live webinar only)

Speaker did a great job. Upbeat and very knowledgeable on the subject matter. Future webinar suggestion - Present specific documentation samples for some of the more specific code ranges (ie fractures) and walk auditor thru choosing appropriate ICD10 and how to identify missing information to provide education feedback to providers.

This webinar seemed more like a rehash of ICD-10 class. The review was good, but it really didn't seem to be as much about auditing than I thought.
